We then transport the storage unit back to our storage facility in Katoomba until you need it delivered to your new location. Multiple size options available, including 20ft container storage and smaller wooden storage spaces, which are stored inside our dry secure facility.

Access to Storage
Our storage units are not accessible regularly like self storage. Please consider if you need regular access, as it may not be the right option for you.
Re-delivery of storage
Please provide as much notice as possible for delivery of your items. We will do our best to accomodate your needs. Please take note of our busy periods before xmas and easter, and our closures times during the xmas-new year period. Pick up from depot is available between Monday-Friday (Excluding public holidays and closure periods) with a minimum of 14 days notice
How much storage do I need?
After a conversation, our friendly team can get a good idea of how much storage you will need. You can also get an idea here.
What is security like at your facility?
For peace of mind, our facility is covered by 24 hour CCTV and alarm monitoring.
Do I need insurance?
Our team of removalists will carefully pack your storage unit to avoid damage and movement during transport, however it is up to you to ensure your goods are insured whilst being moved and stored.
You can check coverage with your current contents insurance policy, or you can get an insurance quote from a third party provider such as CARTS. You can call CARTS on 1300 880 253 or get a quote from their website Removals Insurance Australia. They provide insurance for both residential or commercial moves, as well as insurance for goods in storage.
